Bright Like A Diamond | Hugo
Hugo is a full Irish Draught gelding purchased by us as a 3 year old. Prolific winner in the show ring and Performance Irish Draught classes. Notable successes include winning the Dublin Horse Show Performance Irish Draught Class for 4 & 5 year olds and Reserve Champion Performance Irish Draught in 2015, 3rd in Small Hunter Class for 4/5 year olds in RDS 2014, Reserve All Ireland Champion Irish Draught Ardrahan 2015. Sold to an amazing home in 2015 where he has had continued success in both the show and performance rings for his new owner.
Carrafarm City of Stars | Stacy
Our first home bred foal, Stacy is by Watermill Swatch TB and out of A Sky Full of Stars ID. A tall athletic filly with an outstanding temperament, Stacy was sold to the UK in May 2020 as a three year old to pursue an eventing career. She is now broken and riding and showing great promise and described by her new owner as having “an amazing character”.
Maybe A Diamond | Freya
Freya was bought as a 3yo and produced by us as a 4yo in the show and working hunter rings. This lovely mare was by Irish Draught Keamore Diamond Clover out of a Master Imp mare.
Freya is now in a forever home with a good friend of ours where she enjoys a varied riding career.
Carrafarm Little Lion Man | Ollie
This Traditional Irish Horse (TIH) gelding is by Lionwood Kinsale’s Lad out of a Captain Clover mare. Bought at 3yo, we started Ollie’s ridden career during the Covid-19 lockdown of Spring 2020, he then spent his summer holidays at grass and came back into work in the Autumn. After just a handful schooling outing, we sold this gorgeous gelding to a fabulous new home in Scotland, where he is adored by his new owner as much as he was by us.
Ainninn Arabella | Bella
Bella is a 2017 mare by Lionwood Kinsales Lad out of Vrench Gomery K (Concorde). We bought her in Autumn 2020 and produced her throughout 2021. She was placed everytime out shown as a Small Hunter, including a 5th place in Balmoral in September 2021. She also won the Killossery Eventing Championships in Autumn 2021. She will be produced with her new owners in Yorkshire in 2022 as a Small Hunter, under side-saddle and hopefully she will do some Grassroots Eventing too. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for this special mare.
Carrafarm Mr Bluesky | Reacher
Reacher is a 2021 grey Irish Draught colt by Lionwood Kinsales Lad out of A Sky Full of Stars. He is a lovely model and has an outstanding temperament. He found a new home in the UK where he will be produced as an in-hand and ridden show horse.
Rockroyal Thunder | Hopper
Hopper has been sold to a dressage home where he will be produced and hopefully follow in his sire Lionwood Kinsale’s Lad footsteps and compete to the highest level.
